We are seeking a Customer Experience Officer to join our team at headspace Tweed Heads.

What you'll be doing

Be the first point of contact for Young People and their families to access headspace supports
Provide administrative and reception support at headspace Tweed Heads
Build relationships with young people, their families and other visitors to headspace Tweed Heads
Contribute to a multidisciplinary team who provide both 1:1 and community engagement support to Young People in the Tweed Heads region

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service role, with experience working with a diverse community including young people who may present in distress.
Well-developed interpersonal skills, which includes the ability to communicate effectively providing relevant and accurate information.
Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, problem solve, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome.
Ability to use technology to effectively undertake a wide range of administrative functions.
Experience using medical reception software such as Best Practice (prefferednot essential)
