About the Role:
Working closely with the administration team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the administration office.
Your ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism will be essential to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing administrative support to the Leadership team
Maintaining records, databases, and student information systems
Liaising with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders
Administering first aid and dispensing medication
Supporting faculties with administrative tasks, including ordering goods, photocopying, and data entry
Backup for supervisions as and when required
Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives and administrative processes as required
