We are seeking a Customer Experience Officer to join our team at headspace Tweed Heads.

What you'll be doing
- Be the first point of contact for Young People and their families to access headspace supports
- Provide administrative and reception support at headspace Tweed Heads
- Build relationships with young people, their families and other visitors to headspace Tweed Heads
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary team who provide both 1:1 and community engagement support to Young People in the Tweed Heads region
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service role, with experience working with a diverse community including young people who may present in distress.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, which includes the ability to communicate effectively providing relevant and accurate information.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, problem solve, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome.
- Ability to use technology to effectively undertake a wide range of administrative functions.
- Experience using medical reception software such as Best Practice (prefferednot essential)
