NDIS SIL Operations Manager (Casual Part-Time)
A unique opportunity to shape and grow within a leading NDIS organisation

Are you an experienced NDIS professional looking for an opportunity where you can make a real impact, have genuine influence, and grow with an organisation that values quality care and strong operational leadership?

We are seeking an experienced NDIS SIL Operations Manager to join our growing team in a casual part-time capacity, with the opportunity to progress into a permanent leadership position as the organisation continues to expand.

This role provides the opportunity for the right person to bring their knowledge, experience and ideas to help strengthen SIL operations, improve systems, support teams and contribute to the future direction of our organisation.

You will work closely with leadership and have the autonomy to make meaningful improvements across our SIL services while building a long-term career pathway within a growing NDIS provider.

About the Opportunity
This is more than an operational role — it is an opportunity for an experienced NDIS professional to take ownership, influence positive change and be part of building a high-quality service model.

You will be responsible for supporting strong SIL service delivery, improving operational processes, strengthening relationships and ensuring participants receive exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and support effective SIL operations and service delivery.
Strengthen operational systems, processes and quality improvement initiatives.
Support participant transitions, onboarding and ongoing service success.
Build positive relationships with Support Coordinators, Specialist Support Coordinators, allied health professionals, families and key stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with care teams and rostering teams to ensure participant needs are effectively supported.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and participant outcomes.
Support leadership with business growth, planning and continuous improvement.
Maintain strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, SIL requirements and compliance obligations.

Has strong knowledge and experience within SIL services.
Understands how to balance participant outcomes, compliance and operational excellence.
Enjoys improving systems and creating better ways of working.
Has strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
