NDIS SIL Operations Manager (Casual Part-Time)

We are seeking an experienced NDIS SIL Operations Manager to join our growing team in a casual part-time capacity, with the opportunity to progress into a permanent leadership position as the organisation continues to expand.
This role provides the opportunity for the right person to bring their knowledge, experience and ideas to help strengthen SIL operations, improve systems, support teams and contribute to the future direction of our organisation.
You will work closely with leadership and have the autonomy to make meaningful improvements across our SIL services while building a long-term career pathway within a growing NDIS provider.
About the Opportunity

You will be responsible for supporting strong SIL service delivery, improving operational processes, strengthening relationships and ensuring participants receive exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support effective SIL operations and service delivery.
- Strengthen operational systems, processes and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support participant transitions, onboarding and ongoing service success.
- Build positive relationships with Support Coordinators, Specialist Support Coordinators, allied health professionals, families and key stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with care teams and rostering teams to ensure participant needs are effectively supported.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and participant outcomes.
- Support leadership with business growth, planning and continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, SIL requirements and compliance obligations.
