We are seeking a passionate Sales Consultant to join our reputed residential construction Company. Whether you have experience in new home sales, residential construction, real estate, property, retail sales, or customer service, or you're a highly motivated individual eager to learn, we want to hear from you.

This role offers the opportunity to work with prospective homeowners, helping them turn their dream home into reality while building a rewarding career with a respected and growing business.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through their new home journey from initial enquiry through to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in designing and purchasing their dream home.
Conduct consultations at display homes and company offices.
Generate, manage, and follow up on sales enquiries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Guide customers through the sales process from enquiry to contract.
Work closely with design, estimating, and construction teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
Maintain a strong understanding of home designs, inclusions, and building processes.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.

What We're Looking For

✅ Previous experience in new home sales, residential construction, real estate, property sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred)
✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
✅ A positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
✅ Self-motivated with a genuine desire to achieve results
✅ Excellent organisational and time-management skills
✅ Ability to build rapport and establish lasting client relationships
✅ Professional presentation and a strong work ethic
✅ Current Driver's Licence (preferred)
✅ Australian working rights
