Wonderful Global is a Sydney mortgage brokerage helping everyday Australians find the right home loan. We're expanding our Mortgage Broker Mentorship Program and looking for a motivated Mortgage Broker Trainee to train directly under our founder and become a fully qualified, licensed mortgage broker.
This program is completely free. There is no cost to join and no cost for training. It's commission-only - you are paid commission when a loan you've worked on settles.
You'll be mentored end-to-end, from your first client conversation through to settlement, learning how to structure loans, assess income and financials, work across 20+ lenders, and manage your own client pipeline.
What you'll get

Compensation
This is a commission-only role. No base salary, no fees, no cost to you at any stage. You earn commission each time a loan you've worked on settles. Your commission split and realistic income timelines are explained in full at interview.
Who we're looking for
- Motivated, coachable, and comfortable earning commission-only income, especially in the first few months
- A strong communicator and relationship-builder - a background in customer service, sales or finance is a plus
- Able to support yourself financially during training and ramp-up
- Looking for a genuine long-term career in mortgage broking
- No prior mortgage industry experience required - full training and mentorship provided, free of charge
- Full working rights in Australia
What happens at interview
Shortlisted candidates are invited to an online video interview. We'll walk you through how the Mentorship Program and weekly online training work, explain our commission structure, and answer any questions about training, licensing and career progression.
