Great communication skills are a must, as you will be liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.

Previous experience in a busy administrative role will be viewed favourably.

You will be responsible for:

Engaging customers and facilitating an effective communication flow
Assisting both front office staff and sales team
Assisting back office staff and supply chain manager
Providing general office support services, including: diary management, accounts reconciliation, managing and distributing calls
Providing administration services, including; filing, photocopying, scanning and archiving
Liaising with external service providers.

Preferred skills/previous experience:

Automotive industry e.g. workshop, dealership, insurance providers
Retail sales
Administrative assistant
Luxury goods or services sales
Telesales / customer service
Professional service intern (legal / accounting firm)
Banking
Medical Practice / Consulting
Used / New car sales
Any industry relevant exposure.

Selection Criteria:

Previous experience in a busy administrative role
Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication and written communication skills
Interest in industry, sales and or customer service focus
Ability to work both autonomously as well as in a team.

Annual package includes superannuation. Remuneration varies depending on experience and schedule.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
