What You'll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the day-to-day leadership of the restaurant.
You'll:
- Lead by example during service, creating memorable guest experiences.
- Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- Support rostering, labour management and daily operations.
- Maintain premium service standards and venue presentation.
- Foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
- Work closely with your General Manager to achieve operational and commercial success.

About You
You're passionate about hospitality and understand that outstanding guest experiences begin with exceptional leadership.
You enjoy developing people, thrive in fast-paced premium environments and take pride in creating a positive team culture.
You'll bring:
- Experience in a supervisory, Assistant Manager or senior front-of-house leadership role within premium hospitality.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Sound commercial awareness and an understanding of restaurant operations.
- The ability to remain calm, organised and solutions-focused under pressure.
- A collaborative leadership style with a desire to learn and grow.
- Current RSA certification.
