As we continue to grow, we're launching an exciting new project focused on the real estate industry and are looking for an organised, proactive and reliable Assistant to Sales Manager to become an integral part of our team.
This is more than a traditional administration role. You'll become the Sales Manager's right-hand person, helping coordinate customers, sales activity, internal teams and day-to-day operations to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

About the Role
Working closely with the Sales Manager, you'll play a key coordination role between customers, sales, marketing and operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer enquiries
- Supporting the Sales Manager with day-to-day administration and sales activities
- Coordinating customer onboarding, account setup and follow-ups
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Maintaining customer databases and internal records
- Assisting with sales administration and reporting
- Following up outstanding information and keeping projects moving
- Providing general office administration and supporting the wider team when required

Skills & Experience
- Experience in administration, sales support or customer service (junior applicants encouraged)
- Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
