Venue Leader – Yo-Chi Warringah Mall
Yo-Chi is coming to Warringah Mall, and we're looking for an exceptional Venue Leader to launch one of our newest Sydney venues! This is your opportunity to build an incredible team from the ground up, create an amazing culture, and bring the Yo-Chi experience to one of Sydney's busiest shopping destinations.
From recruitment and training to opening day and beyond, you'll play a key role in shaping the venue from the very beginning. If you're ready to build something special and make your mark with one of Australia's fastest growing hospitality brands, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and inspire a high performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day
- Recruit, onboard, and develop your team ahead of opening
- Set the tone from day one and create a positive, energetic venue culture
- Drive operational excellence across service, product quality, safety, and venue presentation
- Own labour, COGS, and overall venue performance
- Identify opportunities to grow sales, improve efficiencies, and maximise results
- Build strong connections within the local community and represent the Yo-Chi brand
What we're looking for
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or QSR
- A people first leader who loves developing teams and creating great workplace culture
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing venue performance
- A hands on operator who leads from the front
- Someone who thrives in fast paced environments and embraces a challenge
- Positive, accountable leaders who bring great energy every day
