How you’ll make an impact

Brand, Creative & Social (BCS) operates as a Centre of Excellence with a matrix-style delivery model, combining strategic leadership with embedded executional support. BCS owns brand strategy, creative quality, content and social strategy, governance, and measurement — enabling portfolio teams to deliver end-to-end marketing execution efficiently and effectively within clear brand guardrails.

As the Senior Manager, Creative and Content, you will lead AMP’s in-house creative function as the Creative Director — setting the vision, standards and quality bar for all brand expression to deliver distinctive, high-impact creative, content and social outcomes.

You’ll make an impact by:

Set and uphold the creative direction and quality across campaigns, copy, content and social
Lead creative strategy and execution for in-house campaigns
Own tone of voice, messaging standards and AI-enabled copy tools
Provide strategic oversight of content and editorial direction
Shape a distinctive, engaging social presence aligned to brand
Guide and elevate in-house teams and agency partners to deliver best-in-class work

What you will bring to the team

10+ years’ experience in a senior creative leadership role within an in-house or agency environment
Strong background in both creative content direction and copywriting/editorial leadership
Demonstrated experience leading and developing creative teams across multiple disciplines (design, copy, content, social)
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and guiding agencies at a creative partnership level
Experience with AI-enabled creative tools and workflows (generative AI for copy, design automation, prompt engineering)
Experience leading content strategy and/or social strategy at a senior level (preferred)
Financial services or regulated industry experience (preferred)
Experience managing creative quality across both centralised and embedded/matrixed team models
