We’re looking for a Conference Producer to join our Production team and help shape some of our most exciting event portfolios, including our flagship Women in Leadership series and annual Women in Leadership Awards program.
This role sits at the centre of ideas, storytelling, research, commercial thinking and relationship-building.
You’ll identify emerging topics, secure standout speakers, create compelling event agendas and help bring premium event experiences to life.
Your role
- Research, design and produce conferences, summits and leadership events
- Build commercially compelling event programs across multiple industries and sectors
- Source and secure senior executive speakers and industry leaders
- Stay ahead of trends, current affairs and emerging business conversations
- Write agenda copy, speaker briefs and marketing content
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Event Delivery and Partnerships teams
- Support the development of our Women in Leadership portfolio and Awards programs
- Manage stakeholder relationships from concept through to onsite delivery
- Travel nationally to deliver events at premium venues

Previous experience in conferences, media, recruitment, events, sales, communications or content production is a bonus, but not essential.
