Location: Condell Park (Bankstown) - in-person office-based role
Part Time or Full Time ( 3 - 5 Days / Week)
We are looking for a versatile all-rounder to join our growing building materials business to work across design, operations and sampling / merchandising.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable working across graphic design, print design, basic UX/UI, marketing content, customer service, product sampling and day-to-day operations. You will support our team with website visuals, customer experience improvements, printed materials, online content, customer enquiries and general business tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic, print & digital design
- Create product graphics, website banners and marketing materials
- Design brochures, flyers, catalogues, stickers, labels, packaging inserts and other printed materials
- Prepare artwork for print and ensure files are accurate, professional and brand-consistent
- Assist with product imagery, simple photo editing and website visual updates
- Help maintain a consistent look and feel across our brands and product ranges
Basic UX/UI & Website Support
- Assist with basic website layout improvements to improve customer experience and conversion
- Help improve website navigation, product presentation and overall visual flow
Sampling & Operations (Physical)
- Prepare and organise product samples for customers, showrooms and sales enquiries
- Pack and dispatch samples accurately and efficiently
- Maintain sample stock levels and keep sample areas clean and organised
- Assist with product labelling, barcode checks, packaging and general warehouse/admin support
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure customer requests are followed through
About You
The successful applicant will be:
- Skilled in graphic design, with experience using tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or similar
- Comfortable creating both digital and print-ready artwork
- Familiar with basic UX/UI principles
- Able to create simple layouts, mockups, banners and landing page concepts
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Friendly and confident when dealing with customers
- Hands-on and willing to help with sampling, packing and general operations
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- A fast learner with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
