About the Opportunity
Co-ordinate and support the establishment, design, delivery, management and monitoring of research and evaluation projects to contribute to the achievement of project outcomes and Divisional objectives.

Essential Requirements

Experience in the design, development and implementation and reporting of research and evaluation projects with an emphasis on quantitative methodologies, preferably in a health context.
Experience with quantitative data analysis and reporting research findings to address policy or program needs.
Tertiary qualification in an appropriate discipline such as Public Health, Psychology, Biostatistics or the Social Sciences.

Pre-Screening Questions

Describe an instance where you led the design of quantitative research and/or evaluation to answer a social or public health research issue. What factors did you take into account and how did they influence the development of the successful design? What was the outcome of the research and/or evaluation project?
Describe an instance when you analysed quantitative data. How did the analysis plan specifically address the research objectives?
