Support the delivery of complex strategic projects that drive organisational effectiveness across the University.
The Opportunity
As Project Officer, Organisational Effectiveness, you will support the coordination, implementation and monitoring of initiatives aligned to the University’s strategic and business priorities. Working within the Office of the Vice-Chancellor, you will contribute to program and portfolio delivery through structured project management practices and stakeholder engagement.
You will coordinate project activities across multiple streams, including planning, scheduling, documentation and reporting, ensuring outcomes are delivered to quality and within deadlines. The role involves providing research, analysis and insights to inform decision-making, while maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels of the University.
You will also support project operations such as budgeting, procurement and compliance, as well as preparing reports, briefings and documentation. With two ongoing roles available, this position provides the opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives that strengthen organisational performance and alignment.

About You
The Project Officer brings strong project coordination capability, analytical skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in a complex environment:

An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience in project and change support.

Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports.

Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement and manage sensitive information.

Strong organisational, problem-solving and planning skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
