Full Job Description

Elevate your career with an industry leading global brand Part Time 6 month fixed term contract - 3-4 days per week Join a high-performing and supportive team North Sydney Land ofthe Cammeraygal people

To provide support to the NSW Office Leasing team and the State Director, to ensure business activities are managed in the most effective and efficient manner.

About the role
Day to day administrative support to team of agents
Draft and respond to correspondence, including reports and submissions
Diary and email management
Complete expense reimbursements for the team (subject to any change/outsourcing of this)
Marketing and operations management of campaigns (high volume)
Management of Salesforce – contact management, update opportunities and pipeline
Database management of incoming enquiries
Team administration including, maintaining, and updating team meeting agenda with budgets, forecasts and targets
Co-ordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments
Travel bookings as required (domestic)
Organise client events and client engagement initiatives

About you:
Prior experience working within a related role, commercial real estate industry advantageous
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and administrative capabilities
Excellent written, verbal and face to face presentation skills.
Analytical ability and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment.
Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
