About the Role:

As a Front of House or Bar team member, you'll be the face of the venue, welcoming guests, serving drinks and food, and making sure every table has a great time from start to finish.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Guest Experience: Welcoming guests, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks with high energy and care providing an exceptional experience.
Bartending: Mixing cocktails, pouring drinks, and managing a clean, organised bar (for bar roles).
Table Management: Maintaining clean, well-set tables and assisting with resetting between guests.
Upselling: Recommending dishes, drinks, or specials to enhance the guest experience.
Teamwork: Supporting your teammates across the floor and bar to keep the service flowing.
Venue Vibe: Helping create a space that’s upbeat, professional, and customer-focused.

About You:

We’re looking for someone with a natural passion for people and hospitality. Someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, keeps cool under pressure, and knows how to build connections with guests and people.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

Bring energy and positivity to your team and every shift.
Can confidently communicate with staff and guests, building trust and connection.

Bring a strong work ethic and genuine care for quality service.
Have experience in hospitality (preferred but not essential. We’ll train the right attitude).
