Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join the team at The Plough Inn—one of Brisbane’s best-known pubs in the heart of South Bank.
This is a hands-on leadership role across everyday trade, functions and major precinct events. You’ll lead shifts from the floor, set the pace for the bar team and help deliver fast, friendly service when the venue is at its busiest.

What You’ll Do
- Lead bar shifts and provide clear direction throughout service
- Coach bartenders and help build confidence, speed and consistency
- Deliver quality beers, wines, cocktails and premium beverages
- Keep the bar organised, stocked and ready for busy trade
- Support opening, closing, cash control and stock procedures
- Maintain strong responsible-service, safety and presentation standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Bar Supervisor, Bar Team Leader or senior bartender in a busy venue
- Confidence leading a team during high-volume service
- Strong beer, wine and cocktail knowledge
- A hands-on leadership style and genuine commitment to guest service
- Current Queensland RSA; RMLV is highly regarded
- Availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
