NOW HIRING: VIP/BOTTLE SERVICE HOSTS (Multiple Positions Available)

This is not just a service role — it’s a sales-driven position at the heart of the guest experience. We’re looking for charismatic, motivated individuals who know how to read a room, build rapport, and turn moments into premium experiences.
VIP / BOTTLE SERVICE HOST – Creating premium experiences & driving sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to VIP guests and booth bookings
- Proactively sell and upsell VIP booths, bottle service packages, and add-ons
- Build strong guest relationships to maximise repeat business and spend
- Create high-energy, memorable moments that elevate the overall atmosphere
- Maintain presentation and cleanliness of VIP areas and booths
- Work closely with bar and floor teams to ensure seamless service delivery
About You:
- Confident, outgoing and naturally engaging personality
- Strong sales mindset with a proven ability (or desire) to upsell and hit targets
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy nightlife environments
- Immaculate presentation and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in VIP hosting, promotions, sales or hospitality is highly regarded
- Available weekends, evenings and public holidays
- Must hold a current & valid RSA

Pay: $33.05 – $40.62 per hour
