Full Job Description

Are you passionate about helping others? Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we invite you to explore opportunities within our team & help support elderly customers (65+) to live independently at home.

Do you meet these minimum requirements?

Live and can travel in the Logan River Valley, Forest Lake, Greenbank, Munruben, Chambers Flat, Wolffdene, Ormeau, Jacobs Well and Rochedale South and surrounding suburbs
Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International license's or shared/rental vehicles)
Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day, 3 days a week between 6am to 6pm, Monday to Friday - but we are flexible for the right person!
Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!) Travel is required for training.

What this role offers:

Open to Entry Level & Experienced candidates
Permanent Part-Time contracts
Permanent Contract hours: 20-40 hours per fortnight + flex up hours.
Hourly Rate: $31.13 - $34.93 per hour + 12% super + $1.38 per km allowance + paid travel time

What You’ll Be Doing:

Entry-Level Carers: Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
Experienced Carers: Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone's day!

As a valued team member, you’ll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you’ll make a real difference in people’s lives every day.
