You’ll support our Seniors Living teams to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care, while helping us improve how we work through better systems, data, and capability.
What you’ll be doing

Drive innovation and excellence in aged care through a quality improvement framework.

Delivering engaging and impactful training, both face-to-face and virtual.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of digital systems and data.

Identify and lead business improvement and change initiatives.

Collaborate across teams to embed best practices and enhance system capability.

Support data-informed decision making across the business.

Champion person-centred care in everything you do.

You’ll bring:

The ability to work across teams to deliver outcomes and improve the way things are done

A strong understanding of quality, compliance, and operational requirements

Experience managing systems and driving continuous improvement

A clear focus on safety and maintaining a zero-harm environment

A commitment to reliable, consistent client service

Confidence delivering training, both in person and remotely

Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills

Relevant qualification in training, education, health, business, or information systems, or equivalent demonstrated experience

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) (or working towards) is highly desirable

Current driver’s license and own reliable transport

Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain if required)

Full Australian working rights (sponsorship is not available)

Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
