Are you an experienced Home Care leader who can lead through people, performance and purpose?
Reporting to the Executive Group Manager, this newly created senior leadership role is responsible for the operational performance, quality and continuous improvement of Home Care services across an assigned region.
As Manager Home Care Services, you will lead and support Service Managers to deliver safe, compliant, client-centred and financially sustainable services. You will play a key role in connecting organisational strategy with day-to-day service delivery, ensuring teams are supported to achieve strong outcomes for clients, staff and the broader organisation.
About the role
This is a role for a confident operational leader who can balance service quality, workforce capability, financial performance and customer experience.
You will provide leadership across Home Care services across Queensland, supporting consistent practice, strong accountability and a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will:

Lead Home Care services across your region to achieve quality, operational, customer and financial outcomes.

Drive regional service growth by identifying business development opportunities, strengthening referral pathways and supporting initiatives that improve client access, occupancy and financial sustainability.

Coach, support and develop Service Managers to build capability, engagement and accountability.

Monitor service performance, resource utilisation and financial sustainability.

Support consistent implementation of organisational systems, processes, standards and operational requirements.

Ensure services operate in line with legislative, regulatory, quality and organisational requirements.

Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support strong service delivery and client outcomes.
About you
You are a values-led Home Care leader who understands the realities of service delivery and knows how to get the best from teams.
You bring strong operational judgement, people leadership capability and a practical understanding of quality, compliance, risk and performance in aged care. You are comfortable working across multiple services, supporting leaders through change and using data, reporting and relationships to drive improvement.
To be successful, you will bring:

Current First Aid and CPR certificates.

Current driver’s licence.

Current Police Check, or willingness to obtain.

Proven leadership and management capability.

Strong understanding of quality, safety, risk, compliance and continuous improvement in aged care.

Well-developed communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Confidence leading through others and working across organisational boundaries to influence outcomes.
