We are currently seeking Casual o to provide high-quality care and support, helping seniors live safely and independently in our residential aged care facility located in Nundah.

What are we looking for?
We’re seeking a dependable and compassionate Worker to deliver high-quality care in a residential aged care setting. This role involves sleepover night shifts from 6:00pm–7:00am, supporting residents to remain safe, comfortable, and independent, with competitive remuneration and applicable penalty rates.
The General shifts include:
6:00am-2:00pm
2:00pm-8:00pm
6:00pm-6:00am (Penalty rates apply)
Highly Desirable overnight availability
Duties will include :
- domestic assistance
- providing personal care
- night assistance for client
What do you need?
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability) or equivalent
- Personality: caring, reliable, and communicate well with clients, families, and our team
- You bring patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in seniors’ lives
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Permanent Australian Resident or have work rights. Please note we DO NOT offer sponsorship for this position
- Polish / any Slovak language ability will be highly desirable
Working Days and Hours
Monday to Sunday, 6:00pm–7:00am. The role includes a sleepover shift with applicable penalty rates when providing overnight assistance as required, followed by a regular morning personal care shift, finishing at 7:00am.
Licence/Certification:
- Cert III in Individual Support / Aged Care (Preferred)
- First Aid and CPR Certificate (Preferred)
Pay: $43.00 – $44.00 per hour
