Are you an experienced Supply and Distribution Manager with strong expertise in supply chain coordination, procurement, inventory control, and logistics operations? Intextec is looking for a highly organised and proactive professional to manage our supply and distribution network, ensuring the efficient sourcing, storage, and delivery of electronic parts and equipment.

With extensive experience in electronic parts sourcing, repairs, and distribution, we provide reliable solutions for industries including retail and POS systems, medical equipment, cash handling, ATMs, fleet systems, and facilities management.

Our operations are built on strong supplier relationships, technical expertise, efficient stock management, and reliable delivery processes. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Supply and Distribution Manager to strengthen our procurement, inventory, and distribution operations while supporting our commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organise, and manage the supply, storage, and distribution of electronic parts, components, and related equipment
Develop and implement strategies to improve procurement processes, inventory accuracy, and logistics efficiency
Manage relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure reliable sourcing of quality parts and materials
Monitor stock levels, forecast inventory requirements, and coordinate timely replenishment of products
Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, stock control, and inventory audits
Coordinate logistics activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers and business partners
Analyse supply chain data, identify operational improvements, and prepare reports for management decision-making
Work closely with repair technicians, sales teams, and operational staff to ensure parts availability and workflow efficiency
Negotiate with suppliers and transport providers to achieve cost-effective supply solutions
Implement procedures to minimise supply disruptions, delays, and inventory shortages
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company procedures
Lead and support team members involved in purchasing, inventory management, and distribution activities

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or distribution management
Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and supplier management
Experience managing technical products, electronic components, spare parts, or equipment supply chains will be highly regarded
Ability to analyse operational information and develop effective improvement strategies
Experience with ERP, inventory management, or stock control systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong organisational and leadership abilities with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
