As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Supply and Distribution Manager to strengthen our procurement, inventory, and distribution operations while supporting our commitment to excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise, and manage the supply, storage, and distribution of electronic parts, components, and related equipment
- Develop and implement strategies to improve procurement processes, inventory accuracy, and logistics efficiency
- Manage relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure reliable sourcing of quality parts and materials
- Monitor stock levels, forecast inventory requirements, and coordinate timely replenishment of products
- Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, stock control, and inventory audits
- Coordinate logistics activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers and business partners
- Analyse supply chain data, identify operational improvements, and prepare reports for management decision-making
- Work closely with repair technicians, sales teams, and operational staff to ensure parts availability and workflow efficiency
- Negotiate with suppliers and transport providers to achieve cost-effective supply solutions
- Implement procedures to minimise supply disruptions, delays, and inventory shortages
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company procedures
- Lead and support team members involved in purchasing, inventory management, and distribution activities
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or distribution management
- Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and supplier management
- Experience managing technical products, electronic components, spare parts, or equipment supply chains will be highly regarded
- Ability to analyse operational information and develop effective improvement strategies
- Experience with ERP, inventory management, or stock control systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
