No solar experience is required. We provide the training, sales process, compliance framework, technology and operational support. You bring clear communication, organisation, consistency and the willingness to apply what you learn.

You manage your own schedule
You’ll operate as an independent contractor under your own ABN. We run a short weekday team huddle to support training, updates and performance, while you remain responsible for managing your own work activity as an independent contractor.
Commission-based earnings
Commission is typically around $2,000 to $3,000+ per completed install, depending on the job and final install outcome. Earnings are uncapped but are not guaranteed.
Retainer eligibility after early performance
After your first 3 completed installs, contractors who meet the eligibility criteria qualify for a retainer arrangement of approximately $50,000 to $65,000 annualised, subject to the written contractor agreement. Where applicable, you receive the greater of your commission or retainer amount.
Clean tracking and operational support
We know how frustrating it can be when salespeople are left waiting on messy job updates, slow installs or delayed commission reconciliation. Sunnn has built its systems around clean data, job tracking, automated follow-up and faster operational flow, so you can focus on building rapport, following the sales process and progressing good-fit customers.
Marketing and lead-generation support
With over 20 years of digital marketing experience behind our approach, Sunnn uses technology-supported lead sourcing, automated follow-up and customer nurturing to support sales activity. Your role is to build trust, guide the conversation and walk suitable prospects through a clear process.
Referral bonus
Know someone who would be great at this? We pay a $1,000 referral bonus when you refer someone suitable who joins Sunnn and reaches the required promotion milestone.
Referral bonuses are separate from your sales commission and are paid in line with Sunnn’s referral terms.
What you’ll actually do
Speak with Australians who want to reduce their power bills with solar and batteries.
Run warm, honest and compliant phone conversations.
Build rapport with prospects and help suitable customers understand whether Sunnn is the right solution for their home.
Follow Sunnn’s sales process, compliance requirements and customer-first approach.
Learn compliant prospecting methods, including approved, consent-based processes and Do Not Call Register checks.
Use Sunnn’s systems to track sales activity, customer progress and job status.
Work with both self-generated opportunities and marketing-supported leads where available.
Who this is for

Important role details
Sunnn engages Sales Associates as independent contractors, not employees. Contractors operate under their own ABN and are responsible for their own tax, superannuation and business expenses.
This is a commission-based contractor opportunity. Earnings shown are illustrative only and are not guaranteed. Actual income depends on individual effort, completed installs, customer outcomes and the terms of the contractor agreement.
