Job Title: Sales Consultant
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant ( Commission based) to drive business growth by promoting Zoho solutions to Australian businesses. The successful candidate will identify client needs, deliver tailored software demonstrations, and provide consultative recommendations that improve business operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience in B2B SaaS sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client discovery and requirements gathering session to understand business needs.
- Acts as a primary point of contact throughout the sales and implementation process
- Lead client project meetings, providing updates , discussing project milestones, and ensuring client expectations and project deliverables.
- Work closely with the implementation and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage client relationships by addressing concerns , providing solutions , and identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or software solution sales.
Experience selling or supporting Zoho and/or monday.com solutions.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, workflow automation, and business software. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
Experience working with Australian clients or the Australian market is highly regarded.
Preferred Qualifications
* Zoho or monday.com certifications (preferred but not essential).
* Experience with CRM implementation, digital transformation, or business process consulting.
* Familiarity with Australian business culture and consultative sales practices.
