We are hiring a Business Development Representative to grow Ezyiah's client base across Australia. You will identify and reach out to accounting firms, bookkeeping practices, and BAS agents, qualify leads, and convert them into paying customers. This is a standard sales role with a base salary of $500/month + performance bonuses and with uncapped earning potential — the more firms you bring on, the more you earn.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and reach out to accounting firms, bookkeepers, and BAS agents across Australia
- Qualify leads and book product demos with firm partners and practice managers
- Manage your own pipeline from first contact through to close
- Work directly with the founders to refine outreach messaging and sales strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with clients after onboarding
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales or business development
- Comfortable making cold calls and sending outreach emails independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with firm owners and directors
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own time without close supervision
- Own device and reliable internet connection — this is a fully remote role
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the Australian accounting or bookkeeping industry
- Experience selling SaaS or software products
- Existing network within accounting firms or bookkeeping practices
