We're looking for a Business Development Representative to help us identify opportunities, start conversations, and generate qualified meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
What you'll do
- Prospect and identify businesses that fit Folio's ideal client profile
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels
- Qualify leads and uncover business challenges
- Book meetings for the founder and delivery team
- Build and manage prospect lists
- Maintain CRM records and pipeline activity
- Collaborate on outreach campaigns and growth initiatives
- Help refine messaging, positioning, and lead-generation processes
What we're looking for
- Strong communication skills
- Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated and highly organised
- Comfortable working independently
- Curious about AI, automation, technology, and business growth
- Experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required
Bonus points
- Experience with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Apollo, Instantly, Clay, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Previous agency or SaaS experience
- Experience selling digital services, software, websites, or consulting
