Full Job Description

The Trustee for Red Sky Trust (operating as Bobby Chhoker Clinic) is looking for an experienced Office Manager to organise and coordinate the administrative functions and resources of our office.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational and leadership skills, experience managing administrative functions, and the ability to coordinate people, systems, and processes in a busy service-based business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Organise and coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
Plan, review and improve office services, administrative procedures and workflow processes.
Allocate administrative resources, equipment and supplies, including coordinating purchasing and supplier relationships.
Assign tasks, monitor work performance and provide ongoing support to staff.
Maintain office records, administrative documentation, databases and business systems.
Manage recruitment, staff onboarding, training coordination and payroll.
Prepare reports for the business owner and provide support to assist business decision-making.
Maintain workplace procedures and support compliance with relevant policies and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Experience Required

Qualification in Business, Leadership and Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Two years experience in office management.
