You’ll Be Responsible For -
Achieve and exceed all assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth, new account acquisition, and portfolio activation within the designated territory.
Act as a business coach and advisor, providing customized advice to clinic owners and managers focused on maximizing their return on investment (ROI) with the ZO portfolio.
Coach clinic owners and managers on how to strategically activate ZO across all their marketing and communication channels, including digital, in-clinic, and social media.
Guide partners on optimal product ordering practices for profitability, including leveraging company promotions and forecasting demand to ensure healthy stock levels and retail success.
Consult with clinic teams on successfully implementing ZO treatment protocols into their service menu to drive patient results and revenue.
Conduct regular Partnership Planning Meetings with accounts to ensure they are fully versed in the current ZO portfolio and offerings, all logistical needs are met, and to collaboratively plan future trainings, events, and a strategic business calendar for ZO activation.
Identify and secure new clinic partnerships through effective lead follow-up and prospecting, positioning the company as a strategic partner committed to their growth.
Be well-versed in the company’s business plan and clearly define the role's contribution to executing the plan and achieving key sales and partnership KPIs.
Deliver comprehensive, high-level clinical education and product training to clinic staff and doctors (digitally and face-to-face), ensuring staff proficiency in science, ingredients, indications, and successful patient consultation techniques.
Ensure all clinic staff are fully trained and confident in recommending and discussing the full range of ZO Skin Health programs.
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the ZO Skin Health product line, including key ingredients, scientific principles, product applications, potential interactions, and contraindications.
Stay abreast of and communicate market conditions, industry trends, new entrants, and clinical changes that could impact the current business model.
Lead the initiative for activating the full ZO Skin Health portfolio within clinics, ensuring optimal product visibility, cohesive branding, and seamless integration into the clinic's treatment and retail protocols.
Plan and execute targeted, co-branded campaigns and promotions - both product-focused and treatment-focused - to drive consumer demand and increase sell-through and retail effectiveness.
Plan, execute and participate in clinic event workshops and days to drive ZO brand connection directly with clients of clinic partners.
Be confident in relaying company information, promotions, and new product information to clinic accounts, linking them directly to tangible business benefits.
Manage the allocation and effective use of company marketing and educational assets within the partner clinics.
Manage and submit weekly sales and activity reports and monthly expense reports etc.
3+ years’ experience in sales, education, or account management within the aesthetic skincare or medical device industry, ideally with a focus on consultative business development or account growth.
Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated proficiency in building strategic, long-term business relationships.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality training, education, and business coaching to diverse audiences (from owners to clinical staff).
Results-oriented, highly professional, and capable of operating with a high degree of independence.
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives.
Exceptional presentation skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills, ensuring all commitments to partners are met efficiently.
Exudes passion and enthusiasm for the brand and the mission of clinical education.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual training platforms.
Living within 60 miles of a major airport desired.
