The Role

As a Junior IT Field Technician, you'll work alongside experienced engineers, building your technical skills while providing hands-on support across a range of client environments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their IT career who enjoys practical, hands-on work and wants to develop broad technical experience.

You will:

Prepare and configure computers, laptops and IT equipment in our workshop
Install computers, printers and networking equipment at client sites
Assist with hardware deployments, upgrades and office relocations
Troubleshoot basic hardware and connectivity issues
Learn from experienced engineers while developing your technical skills
Deliver friendly, professional customer service
Maintain accurate documentation and job notes
Follow IT and security best practices across all installations

About You

This role is ideal for a recent TAFE graduate or someone looking to break into the IT industry.

You'll bring:

Certificate III, Certificate IV or Diploma in Information Technology (or similar)
A basic understanding of Windows operating systems, computer hardware and networking fundamentals
A genuine passion for technology and eagerness to learn
Strong communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
A current Australian driver's licence (essential)
