- Implementing endpoint security, monitoring security alerts, responding to incidents, and conducting regular audits of user access and system configurations
- Participating in IT projects — infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and new technology rollouts — and maintaining accurate documentation throughout
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration, with solid hands-on skills across Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365
- Working knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), virtualisation (VMware or Hyper-V), and backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Sound understanding of networking fundamentals — TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls — and experience configuring routers and switches
- Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail in documentation, and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
- Clear communicator — comfortable translating technical information for non-technical stakeholders and working across a broader team
- A diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience. Relevant certifications (AZ-104, CompTIA Network+/Security+, ITIL) are a bonus
