The Role
As a Junior IT Field Technician, you'll work alongside experienced engineers, building your technical skills while providing hands-on support across a range of client environments.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their IT career who enjoys practical, hands-on work and wants to develop broad technical experience.
You will:

Prepare and configure computers, laptops and IT equipment in our workshop
- Install computers, printers and networking equipment at client sites
- Assist with hardware deployments, upgrades and office relocations
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and connectivity issues
- Learn from experienced engineers while developing your technical skills
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service
- Maintain accurate documentation and job notes
- Follow IT and security best practices across all installations
About You
This role is ideal for a recent TAFE graduate or someone looking to break into the IT industry.
You'll bring:

Certificate III, Certificate IV or Diploma in Information Technology (or similar)
- A basic understanding of Windows operating systems, computer hardware and networking fundamentals
- A genuine passion for technology and eagerness to learn
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A current Australian driver's licence (essential)
