About the Role

You’ll be hands-on in the workshop, working from drawings to fabricate and assemble high-quality components. This role involves building and maintaining project schedules, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Sheet metal fabrication and assembly
MIG and TIG welding
Working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
Reading and interpreting technical/shop drawings
Operating fabrication machinery and trade tools
Contributing to project timelines and workflow planning
Maintaining a high level of workmanship and safety standards

About You

Proven experience in fabrication and welding
Relevant trade or vocational qualifications
Strong ability to read and interpret drawings
High attention to detail and pride in your work
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude

Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded)

Forklift licence and experience
Own tools relevant to the trade
Experience in engineering/fabrication environments
