Overview

We are a startup marketing agency seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our team. This role is responsible for producing engaging, high-quality content—including written, visual, and video materials—that effectively communicates our clients’ brand messages and supports their marketing efforts across various digital and traditional platforms. The ideal candidate will help shape our agency’s creative output as we grow and build our reputation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, write, and edit compelling content for blogs, social media, websites, email campaigns, video scripts, and other marketing materials.
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photography and video content that aligns with client branding and campaign objectives.
Collaborate with account managers, designers, and strategists to ensure content aligns with client objectives and brand voice.
Create and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of posts and campaigns.
Use SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and enhance online visibility.
Monitor performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging content formats, including photography and video production techniques.
Assist in brainstorming creative ideas for campaigns and digital storytelling.
Ensure all content adheres to legal and ethical standards including copyright and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Film, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience creating written, photographic, and video content for digital marketing or related roles.
Proficient in photography, videography, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
