Homart Pharmaceuticals is established in 1992, specializing in manufacturing & marketing health supplements, skincare, dairy and pet supplements. We are looking for a full time Brand Manager.
The Brand Manager is responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of the assigned supplement brand within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
This role owns the full brand lifecycle — from positioning, NPD pipeline and campaign development to channel execution, trade marketing support, and digital & e-commerce performance — ensuring sustainable brand growth, regulatory compliance, and commercial success across pharmacy, retail, and online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and refine clear brand positioning aligned with company strategy and regulatory framework (e.g., TGA requirements).
- Define brand architecture, target audience segmentation, and value proposition.
- Establish annual brand strategy, growth roadmap, and KPI framework.
- Monitor market trends, competitor landscape, and consumer insights to optimise brand direction.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (offline, digital, trade, packaging).
2. Brand Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, influencer, PR).
- Manage campaign budget allocation, ROI tracking and performance analysis.
3. Brand Channel Supervision (Omnichannel Management)
- Oversee brand execution across Pharmacy, Retail, E-comm.
- Ensure consistent brand presentation and promotional alignment across channels.
4. Brand NPD (New Product Development)
- Lead end-to-end NPD process from market gap identification, concept development, business case preparation, claims alignment & regulatory review, packaging & artwork development, to GTM planning. (Work cross-functionally with: Sales, R&D, Operation, QA.)
5. Brand Communication Plan
- Develop annual communication strategy covering core brand messaging, product key selling points, scientific storytelling, consumer education content
- Align internal and external communication to maintain a consistent brand voice.
6. Social Media & Digital Media Planning
- Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms (Organic content, Meta Ads, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, RedNote, etc. as relevant).
- Oversee content calendar, KOL/KOC collaboration strategy, and performance optimisation.
7. Trade Marketing Support
- Work closely with Sales team to develop trade marketing tools: POS materials, Shelf talkers, In-store displays, Promotional leaflets and Training materials. Support key account campaigns and retail activation.
8. E-commerce Support
- Collaborate with E-commerce team to optimise product listings, develop A+ content, create product detail pages, plan promotional campaigns.
9. Brand Events & Expo Management
- Lead planning and execution of brand participation in industry trade shows, pharmacy conferences, health & wellness expos, international exhibitions.
- Develop pre-event, during-event, and post-event communication plans.
- Track event ROI, Provide post-event analysis and improvement recommendations.
10. Financial & KPI Responsibility
- Manage brand P&L performance.
- Track revenue growth, margin, and market share.
- Monitor marketing spends efficiency and ROI.
- Deliver annual sales forecast in collaboration with Sales and Finance.
Qualifications Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 2–5+ years brand management experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, FMCG or healthcare.
- Experience in regulated advertising environment (TGA preferred).
- Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Project management & cross-functional leadership
