What Your Week Will Look Like
- Welcoming members and prospects with genuine enthusiasm
- Leading and inspiring a team of staff and personal trainers
- Driving sales, KPIs and membership growth
- Member service calls and follow-ups
- Creating engaging content across social media (reels, TikToks, stories)
- Building a strong, positive club culture
- Keeping the club clean, professional and inviting
- Representing Snap Fitness in the local Mount Druitt community

- You're a natural people person who loves to connect
- Confident, outgoing and comfortable in a sales role

- You're confident in front of the camera and active on social media
- Have a passion for fitness and helping people change their lives
- Strong customer service mindset
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Works well in a team and group settings
- Valid Australian work rights
We want to hear from you if you have:
- Leadership or management experience
- Sales experience and a KPI-driven mindset
- Experience using social media to grow a brand
- Ability to problem-solve with a positive attitude
Must Have Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years leadership or management experience in a fitness industry role
- Certificate III in Fitness
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or higher).
- Appropriate police & working with children check (or able to obtain one)
- Demonstrated experience in a similar environment (fitness, retail, hospitality) will be highly regarded.
