Looking for a kitchen where you’ll be trusted to run your section and supported to keep developing?

Redcape Hospitality is looking for a full-time Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Gladstone Hotel in Dulwich Hill.

Whether you’re an experienced Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef ready for more responsibility, you’ll join a close-knit kitchen team that values consistent food, reliable people and everyone pulling together when service builds.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and cook quality meals to venue standards
Take ownership of your section during lunch and dinner service
Maintain consistency, quality and presentation across every dish
Support and guide junior kitchen team members
Assist with food preparation, stock rotation and kitchen organisation
Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef or similar
Experience in a busy pub, bistro or high-volume commercial kitchen
Confidence working across multiple sections during service
Strong food safety and kitchen hygiene knowledge
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery preferred
A reliable, team-focused approach and availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
