Current Opportunities (Full-Time & Part-Time)
- Senior Sous Chef / Sous Chef
Work closely with our Executive Chef & Head Chef to deliver fresh, exciting pub classics with a twist. Perfect for a senior sous ready to step up into a Head Chef–track role, or a strong sous/junior sous looking to level up.
- Experience leading 4-6 kitchen staff members is required for this role
- Chef de Partie (CDP)
Own your section, maintain consistency, and contribute to a creative, high-quality menu—while growing your skills in a supportive, forward-thinking kitchen.

What We're Looking For
- Proven hospitality experience (pub, hotel or restaurants background ideal)
- Minimum 2-3 years of kitchen experience required
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- Reliability & availability for evenings/weekends
- A passion for great food, great drinks, and great service
- Valid Australian work rights or acceptable work visa required
