Who are we looking for?
- Someone who is passionate about cooking and looking to grow in a welcoming, fun environment.
- Ability to work 2-3 days during the week (Friday-Sunday) - 5:30-10:30
- Potential for further training in dinner service by our head chef if this was desired.
- Experience in a commercial kitchen is essential
- Certificates in cookery will be highly regarded but not essential, experience is more than enough
What does the job entail?
- Our buffet breakfast begins at 6:30 and is mostly prepped by our head chef. In the morning, you will be cooking and serving the food, ready for our hungry guests to eat.
- Pancakes, bacon, eggs, sausages, fruit, cereal, yogurt, a lot of choices and much more. With the assistance of a food and beverage all rounder and duty manager, the breakfast service is a breeze.
