Who is TeamKids?
TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

Job Description
This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Reservoir West

Vibrant and busy OSHC service with a dedicated OSHC space, TeamKids are excited to be partnering with this school and provide a high quality OSHC service. Great opportunity for an experienced OSHC professional that loves leading a developing a team and thrives is a busy environment.

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
Before school care: 6:30 - 9:00am
After school care: 2:30 - 6:30pm
Admin: 5.5
Total: 38 hours

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

Involved: Build a fantastic relationship with your school and be an active member within the school and local community.
Innovation: Enjoy creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.
Genuine: Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
Fun: Lead and roster a passionate team of educators.
Remarkable: Manage service compliance and medical documentation.

✅As part of TeamKids’ commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with TeamKids.
