About the Role

We’re welcoming new Disability Support Workers into Blake’s small, stable team. This role is ideal for someone who values:

You’ll be supporting Blake with daily routines, emotional regulation, community access, and creating a sense of safety and predictability throughout his day.

Supporting Blake’s daily routines in a calm, predictable way

Providing emotional regulation support

Creating a safe, low‑sensory environment

Assisting with personal care and daily living

Supporting community access in a thoughtful, paced manner

Working collaboratively with Blake’s family and team

Essential Requirements:

- Aged 21+ (insurance requirement)

- Full Australian Driver’s Licence

- Current First Aid/CPR

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module

Preferred Attributes

- Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent

- Experience is an advantage but not essential

- We highly value positive attitude, emotional intelligence, reliability, and a genuine commitment to quality support
