Full Job Description

Part-Time Personal Assistant to Director (Sydney CBD)

Salary: AUD 1,500 per month
Working Hours: Approximately 2.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with a flexible schedule
Location: Sydney CBD

Job Responsibilities:

1. Private Affairs Management:

Handle personal logistics, errands, and lifestyle-related matters as assigned.
Provide day-to-day support for the Chairman’s personal arrangements and schedules.

2. Business & Administrative Support:

Manage emails, documents, meeting schedules, and correspondence.
Liaise with external parties, service providers, and business contacts when required.
Assist with general administrative coordination and follow-up tasks.

3. Business & Trade Coordination:

Coordinate with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and logistics providers regarding vehicle transportation schedules and shipment arrangements.
Liaise with automobile traders, suppliers, and business partners on behalf of the Chairman and the company.
Assist in coordinating trade-related matters and maintaining business relationships.

4. Ad-hoc Support:

·Provide flexible assistance for urgent or ad-hoc personal and business matters.
Support occasional coordination and errands as required.

Requirements:

Absolute discretion and professionalism are essential. Candidates must sign a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement, and maintaining complete confidentiality regarding the Chairman’s personal and business matters is mandatory.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
Must hold valid Australian work rights.
Possess a valid Australian driving licence and be confident driving in Sydney.
Diploma qualification or above.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling tasks independently with strong problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
