Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Director & Educational Leader to join our leadership team.

About the Role
As Assistant Director and Educational Leader, you will work closely with the Centre Director to lead a team committed to high-quality practice and meaningful outcomes for children.
You will:
- Support the daily management of the service
- Mentor, guide and inspire educators
- Lead curriculum development and educational excellence
- Drive continuous improvement across the service
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community
- Support a culture of collaboration, professionalism and respect
About You
You will hold either:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or
- An Early Childhood Teacher qualification
You will also bring:
- Previous leadership experience in early childhood education
- Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS and EYLF
- Confidence in mentoring and supporting educators
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for quality early childhood education
