What You Will Do
We’re looking for a dynamic Program Manager to lead the end to end delivery of transformative Front Office solutions across our stores. In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing team, partner with senior stakeholders and vendors, and take our most critical strategic initiatives from concept to successful implementation. If you have a proven track record successfully leading your people, building strong stakeholder relationships and driving impactful change, read on!
You will:

Lead, develop, and coach a team of Project Managers to continually uplift the organisation's delivery capability.

Execute projects and initiatives across various business units using the most suitable delivery methodologies.

Partner with Product Owners and technical application teams to support and accelerate solution delivery.

Lead roadmap planning, prioritisation, capacity planning, and resource allocation across the program.

Drive engagement across teams and influence external priorities to unblock dependencies and achieve shared goals.

Take ultimate accountability for business outcomes by clearing roadblocks and gaining critical alignment from senior leaders.

Proactively identify and resolve complex risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks before they disrupt delivery.

Manage financial forecasting, resource budgeting, and domain tracking in collaboration with finance and product teams.

Actively question existing processes and explore the technical landscape to optimise delivery outcomes.
What you’ll bring

Experience leading, developing, and coaching high performing project delivery teams.

Energy and a passion for delivering outcomes for our customer and team.

Track record of driving large scale business and technical change using agile and traditional methods.

Ability to align conflicting requirements, influence senior executives, and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Expert level skills in planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, and project controls.

Proven ability to manage, forecast, and deliver within large program budgets.

Comfortable operating at a high strategic level, but equally skilled at diving into the details to unblock delivery.

Experience managing third-party software vendors and professional services partners to ensure successful delivery.
