Odyssey House NSW’s trauma-informed services set us apart as a leader in the support service space for alcohol and other drugs dependency. Our teams help clients to meet their goals and address underlying trauma and mental health issues, while also developing new skills to improve all aspects of their lives.
We provide a diverse range of services to individuals, families and community education. Our services include withdrawal services; one-on-one assessment and treatment by psychologists and counsellors; group therapy; residential rehabilitation; and free education at Odyssey College.

Description:
Odyssey House NSW is seeking an experienced Team Leader to support the delivery of Integrated Programs in partnership with Grand Pacific Health, including Medicare Mental Health Centres and the Community Living Supports Program.
This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated team, support collaborative service delivery, and contribute to meaningful outcomes for people with complex alcohol and other drug, mental health and psychosocial support needs.
Skills and Experiences:
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or a VET qualification with significant relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience leading and/or managing a team within a clinical governance framework.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver alcohol and other drug programs, particularly in community settings.
Experience supporting people with complex needs, including intersecting alcohol and other drug, mental health, cognitive impairment and justice-related support needs.
Strong stakeholder engagement, partnership development and networking skills.
Knowledge or experience responding to clients in crisis, including suicide or self-harm presentations.
Computer literacy and an understanding of the current alcohol and other drug treatment context in NSW.
Emotional resilience and the ability to maintain professional boundaries in challenging or unpredictable situations.
Current Drivers Licence
Unlimited right to live and work in Australia.
COVID Vaccinated.
WWCC number (paid employment)
National Police Record Check ( >1 yr old).
