Store Manager – Zambrero

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Store Manager, you’ll lead all day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant while fostering a positive, energetic and high‑performing team culture.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leadership & Team Development

Lead, coach and motivate a diverse team to deliver outstanding service and consistent food quality.
Support training and development to build team capability and confidence.
Create a culture that reflects our “Feel Good Mex” values and embraces teamwork.

Operational Excellence

Oversee all aspects of store operations including food preparation, service quality, cleanliness and compliance.
Manage stock levels, ordering and wastage to ensure smooth operations and cost control.
Maintain high standards of food safety and workplace health & safety.

Customer Experience

Ensure every customer receives friendly, fast and high‑quality service.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues confidently and professionally.

Administration & Performance

Manage rosters, labour costs and shift planning.
Monitor store performance and drive initiatives to meet sales targets.
Work collaboratively with franchise and support teams to uphold brand standards.

Time will fly as you lead your team, build strong relationships, and help shape a store culture you’re proud of.

Required Experience, Skills & Attributes

Previous leadership or management experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurants.
A friendly, positive and motivational leadership style.
Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering great results.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, organised and self‑motivated.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
