What you'll be doing:
- Leading shifts and creating a positive, high-energy environment for both guests and team members
- Supporting the leadership team to drive performance and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Coaching, developing, and motivating team members to be their best
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining Yo-Chi's high standards
- Creating memorable moments for every guest who walks through our doors
- Helping bring the Yo-Chi vibe to life for the very first time at Orion Plaza
What we look for:
- You have leadership experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment
- You love building great teams and creating a positive workplace culture
- You're resilient, adaptable, and thrive when things get busy
- You lead by example and bring a positive, can-do attitude every day
- Fast food experience is highly regarded but not essential
